Helpless and Disabled Children Promotion Center, Nepal (HDCPCN) is established in 2005 which is purely a non-profitable and non government organization. It is registered with the District Administration Office, Lalitpur and affiliated to the Social Welfare Council under the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Social Welfare. HDCPCN wants to elaborate HDEC and way of developing its acknowledgement for poor, helpless and disabled children.
